REFUND POLICY

NO EXCHANGES. NO RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Items purchased “PRE ORDER” are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks after the estimated shipping date that is provided in the item's description at time of purchase. Having a Pre-Order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery of your ENTIRE order. All sales are final. We can offer store credit if a situation does arise.

Please note estimated shipment dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change. If unforeseen events happen this can increase the estimated arrival date.

 

SMASH BOX POLICY

Please get Route Package Protection to protect your Smash Box from theft, damage etc. If a Smash Box has no package protection, there is no option for a refund.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY

Due to our books not being able to go through multiple shipping cycles without being damaged we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your product on arrival (broken, tears, etc.) Please reach out to us with visual proof.
